BloomDraft is an AI-powered blog writing and publishing platform that helps users plan, write, and publish SEO-optimized content. The Service includes topic cluster generation, AI article writing, SEO metadata creation, and integration with third-party publishing platforms.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Generate content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. Content Ownership

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of any content you publish.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the property of BloomDraft and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BloomDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

In no event shall BloomDraft's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the Service settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
